Root Down to Rise Up. This is a monthly class aiming to bring Reno/Tahoe communities of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and people of color) together in movement, meditation, and support. The class will focus on linking breath with movement while honoring our resilience, courage, and beauty. This class is for BIPOC only. If you are not a member of this community but would still like to support, send us a message and we will let you know how you can.

Yoga Nidra, or Yogic Sleep, is a wonderful way to release physical tension as well as emotional and physical stress. Join me as I guide you through a few gentle stretches before laying down on your mat for this long and luxurious meditation. Great for those with physical injuries, chronic health issues, or those experiencing added stress.

Connect with your breath and flow to an energizing class set to Soul, R&B, and Hip-Hop! We will start with a heat building warm up, flow with standing postures, and move into longer held seated stretches. Class will end with guided meditation. Dancing encouraged
